Why Should I Choose Karen Mork Over Another Real Estate Agent?

I proudly say that no one puts more time and energy into the preparation phase than I do. Whether it’s meeting my vendors at your home, communicating more frequently, or helping you find a contractor, we get a lot done before your property hits the market.

Additionally, I’m very detail-oriented. I find attention to the small things can easily make the difference in selling a home for top-dollar. I take a lot of pride in my ‘project management’ approach to selling your home.

How long will it take to get my home on the market?

Depending on your property, it could be listed in 2 days or in 2 to 3 weeks to get your home ready to show. Every home and every situation is unique. I suggest calling as soon as you even start contemplating a move so I can help you prepare without waiting until the last minute. If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right.

Do you list homes from all price points?

Yes. I understand what buyers from all different price points are looking for and we know how to market to them. And I also realize that a sale is just important to my client, no matter their socioeconomic background or standing. I’m here to help.

Can you also help me purchase a home?

Yes. I help clients purchase homes as their “buyer’s agent” as well as helping clients list and sell their home. I’d love to help you no matter what your real estate needs are.
